I had issues with both shipping and damaged furniture. I had to talk with a chatbot just to get a phone number to call someone. Then I had to explain everthing to that person send pictures to that person, only for them to tell me to email a claim in with the same discription and pictures I had just given them. On Mon I wrote a lengthy outline of my issues and sent in many pictures of what had gotten wrong and on Wed I recieved another email asking me to email them the same outline of problems and pictures that I had given over the phone and sent two days prior. Now its Thura nd I have been sent a request for a review. Nothing yet back about my shipping issues (I paid almost $500 for shipping) or my damaged furniture (a forklift punctured holes in one piece of my leather sectional).

I got this amazing teak console table and a bedroom set that stages the coastal vibe I'm going for. There are even charging stations in the nightstands and shelves that light up when you push them out. One of those shelves doesn't work quite right, but City will send a repair person.

I placed my order on Friday night. I was told it would take 2 to 3 days. On Saturday someone called me 5 times i told them i couldn’t get there until Sunday. The way said Sunday the store would open at 10:30 i show up to pick my item and because it was Father’s Day customer pick up was closed. The guy could’ve said that. I go back on Monday and it turns out my order was no longer available and then I had to wait until Wednesday. Bad communication. In the showroom I met one gurl who was not helpful and then I met one who was amazing. After I spoke with sups the issue was fixed that’s when I was told I aid to wait but they did assist.
