Today my order went right through, yesterday when I tried to order it was told there was a problem and to call. Really would prefer not to order on line, however, your no return policy buying in store is a big turn off for future purchases.

The delivery men were not friendly and looked miserable. They barely spoke and seemed annoyed at any small request. The footboard of one of the beds is missing and the customer service person I spoke to on the phone at the end of the delivery lied and said it would be delivered the next day. Would not recommend

Other than being a little slow (probably my internet), was easy to work with. Having been in the store and seen what I am buying helped with my decision. We have already purchased over $16,000 worth of furniture from Debra at Your Lady Lake Store for our new home in The Villages. Furniture appears to be of good quality and excellent price value. I used the on line service this time so to take advantage of the 7 percent discount, which expires later tonight and the store is closed.

I recently ordered 4 dining chairs. It wasn’t upon delivery of 1 singular chair, that I found out the remaining three were back ordered. I then found out upon my contacting of customer service that the chairs were discontinued and I would not be receiving my 3 remaining items. What if I hadn’t contacted customer service? No alert or notification that the product I purchased and paid for wasn’t actually going to be fulfilled. The process of starting a return was just as tedious as it took 3 attempts to actually get a return pickup scheduled. I’m now wary of ordering in the future online as inventory may not actually be available. We did love the chairs, just disappointed we are forced to go a new route.
