I purchased 2 pillows and I was a little confused by the shipping price. For just 2 pillows it was a little high. I also think asking about protection plans for pillows is a bit odd. But my overall experience was good. I plan to buy a bed frame soon.

After i assembled my sofa futon, I noticed a tear in the fabric as well as wrinkled areas on the top in the middle of the back seat. I filed a claim online and received a response 24 hrs later. I have a customer service rep coming to my home in 2 days to hopefully repair it. I am a returning customer (I previously purchased approx $10,000 of furniture 3 years ago) and hope that this will be rectified within a timely manner

The worst part was not being able to submit our tax exemption until after purchasing. Also, the customer service rep was very unprofessional. She did not use complete sentences or even phrases. When asking for my email she just said "your email" as well as not using a captial "I." She asked to call me and I refused because I didn't feel comfortable calling someone with such little professionalism.
