the titles for many things (specifically HDMI cables) are really messy and "hard to read" specifically when you are just looking for "a regular" hdmi cable. if the 8K certified xyz 9000 is just the regular cable perhaps shorten the title so I can find it easier. also for some reason it was really hard for me to find a bidirectional Display Port adapter, it exists but its buried and I think that should be easier to find

The descriptions of items in paragraph form made comparing different items difficult. And !! I was welcomed to the site with a pop-up offering a choice of either 83% off select items OR 30% entire order over $50. However, upon checkout, the code provided (1MAY30 or IMAY30) did not work. Disappointing !!!

I couldn't get pass the submit order for some reason, and when I tried again, it did not like the password. I tried changing it, but got no where. So I created and new account using Gmail, and recreated an account to get to Submit order. You may delete Account for msjlp.net, since I can't use that one.

I had presales questions. There was no phone number to call so my questions were handled over email turning a five minute question into four days delay of shipping my order. AND I gave up. Made the best choice I could without your help and hoping for the best. Your slow response time to answer my question was frustrating. Great experience. The chatbot was especially helpful in identifying exactly the cable I needed. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of 10 is that I wanted to just make the purchase as a guest -- I didn't want to have to make an account. But, overall it was a very good shopping experience.

You sell a three gang 7.2 wall plate but not a three gang dry wall adapter to install it. This makes me purchase this wall adapter at a hardware store separately. Please include a full kit. Otherwise the wall plate looks great.

everything was received as ordered. the only negative is that i ordered 2 of one item. each one was packed separately with a separate shipping label. that means that they didn't arrive at the same time. one arrived one day, the other arrived another day. when someone orders 2 or more of a product, it might be because they need them to arrive together to be used immediately together.
