I have been using several of the Kilian scents for many years. I would say it is one of my signature scents, so to have the shower gel and lotion combo to top the fragrance off is so awesome to me. I love it and I will continue using it for as long as it is available.

I had to use the chat bot 3 times to get my return handled. It was not easily found on the website where to go to request a return either. Since I had not set up an account before placing my order I had to wait for a return shipping label to be emailed to me. When I received the shipping label and the email it indicated my return would not be accepted if I didn’t return the gifted samples I received. By this time I had used my samples and was wanting to purchase LDBS with my return money but ultimately couldn’t. I now have a fragrance I’m paying $40+ for and will never wear. Due to this I purchased a 9ml sample from Scent Split.

I was looking for a specific scent and had been informed it was available on Amazon. I always do a price check when purchasing items online and found this merchant very easily. The website was extremely easy to navigate, and was very visually appealing. It was easy to move through the process and make a purchase as well. The only complain I have would be to allow the creation of an account as an option during the check out if you don't have one already. It was nice that I didn't have to create an account, and had the option to checkout as a guest, but I'm pretty sure I'll be coming back for additional orders. It isn't a big deal, but it is an extra step that I had to take in another tab before I checked out. I'm guessing this discourages a lot of people from making accounts and choosing the easier option of checking out as a guest.

The shopping experience was super easy. The trouble with purchasing a scent online without testing it is whether it will be a good fit. I find it too sweet or maybe it doesn’t mix well with my natural scent. I am interested in another scent and am definitely going to order in the coming weeks.

All the free gifts were great! I was only disappointed that midnight espresso is 100% a perfume nothing unisex about it at all nor could a straight male wear it but my girlfriend loved it so it works out lol just wish they would advertise it as perfume especially not masculine leaning

I think the overall interaction was alright. I was confused on why I believe I was online Friday night or Saturday night it allowed me to choose 2 samples and when I ordered tonight it automatically added 2 samples that I didn't care to have. I am not exactly sure if maybe the ones I originally wanted already sold out and the ones that got added to my cart were all that was left to recieve or what.
