I received a welcome email that I could redeem for a 7.5 ml sample on purchase, and the website would not let me use. Disappointed, I would like more samples to explore the brand, to make more purchases.

I recently tried Kilian’s Love, Don’t Be Shy Extreme, and it was an amazing experience. I have already received my first compliment, and I absolutely love the scent, the bottle, and the packaging. I highly recommend this fragrance. If it is within your budget, it is an excellent investment compared to other eau de parfums. The only downside is that it may not last as long on hot days, though spraying it on your clothes helps with longevity. If I were to compare this fragrance to a movie, it would undoubtedly be Sofia Coppola's Marie Antoinette. The heavy notes of marshmallow, vanilla, and caramel serve as the olfactory counterpart to the film’s iconic set design of pastel macarons and cakes. While the original DNA matches the sugary, youthful lifestyle depicted in the movie, the "Extreme" version adds a rich dose of Bulgarian rose. This addition elevates the scent, mirroring the cinematic shift from playful indulgence to a more mature and regal romantic drama.

I loved the Love don’t be shy body wash, it smelled really good like the perfume. I also liked Her Majesty perfume, the fragrance was lovely. I did not like Old Fashioned. It smelled like liquor or pure alcohol ;( Overall, thank you for all the samples. I liked trying all of them. Although Love don’t be shy is my favorite, I may purchase Her Majesty later on. Thank you!💕

The website was working too slow. It did not give a "luxurios" experience vibe which I expected according to the brand identity. I could only select one Deluxe Sample and I expected to get to select two: the one of the Welcome code and the one that comes with any $200 order.

Every year after the first year of buying from Kilian, the birthday code doesn't work, I always get an error that my purchase needs to be at least $50. Today my purchase was over $100, yet STILL the code didn't work. I always have to have at least 2 chats with Customer Service. Usually the conversation goes around and around with them not understanding anything going on and asking for my information multiple times. I'm extremely frustrated with the experience. I love Kilian fragrances, but the web site and Customer Service is wearing thin.

I love the layout of the website, it’s very easy to navigate. You can find any information you need about each product, plus checkout was made easy. I went to a Kilian store once in Vegas, and i fell in love right away with all of the scents i got to sample. I’m so glad to be purchasing my own today. I love the free samples that it will be coming with, along with the limited time offer of a free 7.5ml.

It wasn't the easiest to navigate. Im looking specifically for samples of new to me Killian perfumes. I really wanted to try Black Phantom and Moonlight in Heaven, but samples not available. I cant blind buy them, so no purchase.

Not my best experience with Kilian/checkout. Why email me a birthday offer and then basically rescind it when my cart meets the requirements? I had to call the support number - which got me to a very helpful associate who was able to help me out and override the online issues but this shouldn't have been something I needed to do to place an order for $50 to receive the birthday offer. Huge thank you to Jo for all the assistance in fixing my issues.

Overall left feeling excellent after my purchase. I’m super anylitical and have spent over 3 hours a day for the last week debating the purchase and the only flaws I saw w/ the page were the complicated menus in the left corner. The experience online and in store at the Vegas location was so good It felt like there was a catch to come but indeed it never did and I appreciate the customer service training. Wish there was Apple Pay but still a simple smooth process, oh and also wondering what making an account will end up doing for my experience. Was not able to purchase faster shipping. Some items I wanted were out of stock and unfortunately I can’t purchase more even if I wanted to if Kilian doesn’t ship to Guam since I will be moving. Btw Guam should be a hot market there little fragrance competition since it’s just generics at the military exchange but I could see a boozy brand doing well w/ the military consumer, after all they love to drink

Shopping experience is fine. However, there is no option to sign in to your account before checkout, and the lost password function does not work so I was forced to check out as a guest. I would assume there is no tracking of past orders in guest mode, which is unfortunate as I don't always remember which scents I have previously tried and liked/disliked.

I find the site to be a little 'jumpy'. When I am on a perfume's details page I find the heading popping up every time I scroll up combined with the 'Add to Bag' pop up on the bottom a bit busy.
