Ordered mid February. Received 3 weeks later. Called a week after ordering to see where it was. Representative made me feel like I overpaid and was just unpleasant to speak with. He stated it would be corrected to overnight shipping due to delayed/missing who knows. Then later followed with a 48 hour processing time. It was not overnight, it was not 3 days, it was OVER a week later. I felt like I was trying to cheer up the service REP there with such a poor attitude. Stating how this is such a great product. They didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience either. I was really looking forward to this purchase too. Finally arrived, and one bottle wasn’t full to the top. I HIGHLY doubt I’d ever order from the site with this kind of treatment. As the rep said it’s expensive. They should treat customers better being so. I’m sure there are other stores with this or products that can be as satisfying. The ONLY good aspect is that I love the scent. I truly LOVE this perfume, lotion, wash. Service and shipping was the worst.
