I love B&B and was excited to get my favorite items during a sale period, with one exception. Super Rich conditioner was out of stock when I pkaced my order. I asked for a reminder when it is available, and I would appreciate a rain check on the sale when it is available.

I somehow had my order sent to my old address in another state. I contacted customer service before the order was processed and they said they couldn’t do anything until order was shipped. They gave me a case number and said to contact them with that when I had shipping confirmation. This person was nice and responsive. When I received shipping info I contacted customer service again. The person was not very responsive or particularly polite and said they couldn’t not help me for me to contact the carrier. I was online for 25 mins - mostly waiting.

I ordered several products and my shampoo was completely empty when it came and the top was open. When I called to get a new one she acted like I was lying and I needed to send pictures which I did, I understand that you might need proof but it was the way she said it, like it wasn’t a sure thing that I was going to get another bottle!! It isn’t the first time ordering and I really enjoy your products that I use, just a bad feeling about the conversation and wondering if I was going to get another one!

I stressed about not receiving it on time because it sat in warehouse status for an abnormally long time. When I ordered, I immediately contacted customer service to report I chose the incorrect item. It is a free item. Because I ordered so early in the morning, I missed your deadline to change my order. That was disappointing. The customer service rep was very nice and just couldn't help.

Interestingly that the products I tried to purchase for months when Friends & Family started, then the discounts that followed, were of course not in stock. & now they are back in stock & there is no discount on them. It’s infuriating. The go big plumping treatment for fine hair was the product & I just had to spend 90$+ to purchase products.

i couldn't find how to use my rewards. other than that, it was fine. Also, I buy the huge Litre sizes so I don't shop very often and sometimes lose my rewards. BnB is the best shampoo and conditioner Ive ever used and my hair dresser agrees.
