The 25% off event is great but the conditioner I need is out of stock- more should be stocked during sales! Now I have a litter of shampoo but small conditioner which throws everything off :( Additionally, I was able to use Affirm via Apple Pay but it would be better if you had Affirm as a native checkout.

The check out process was clunky. To be able to update I had to click multiple buttons. It said I would be able to choose a free gift and then I wasn’t able to. It threw in free pumps but I don’t need pumps. I already have them as I’ve been using this product for years just purchased from my salon. I couldn’t deselect them. I would have loved to get a free deluxe sample of another product that I want to try.
