I have crazy hair, and the Bumble & Bumble product is the only thing I've found that a) keeps in in control, and b) makes it look good. It may be a bit pricy, but once a year, it's worth it.

The website is pretty clunky and hard to use, no matter the platform I use to access it. Today, the site prompted me to update the shipping date for the auto-shipment before the updated payment source could be saved, but there was no way to do this. Eventually I cancelled my existing auto-shipment and restarted with a new one. Absurd. Clicking through my B&B profile is slow, clunky, confusing. Payment pages are slow to load, sometimes it remembers by payment source, sometimes not. Display pages for the products are beautiful, slick, clean, and easy to navigate. Why is the “business” side of the site SO difficult?

I had a great experience with Bumble and Bumble today. I am an avid user of the Cold Minded Shampoo and Color Minded Color Seal. Since my hair is vibrant and I’d like to protect the color as much as possible, I decided to venture out by trying the Color Minded Conditioner and the 1 minute vibrancy solution. I’m really excited to add both products to my hair care routine and to see how long I can go in between washes and my next hair color appointment.
