I had a great experience browsing the website. It was easy to find the product I was looking for and browse for other products that might suit my needs. I especially liked being able to filter by concern rather than reading through the information for each product to see if it would work for me. When I did want to read more about specific products, the information was clear and helpful.

Interestingly that the products I tried to purchase for months when Friends & Family started, then the discounts that followed, were of course not in stock. & now they are back in stock & there is no discount on them. It’s infuriating. The go big plumping treatment for fine hair was the product & I just had to spend 90$+ to purchase products.

i couldn't find how to use my rewards. other than that, it was fine. Also, I buy the huge Litre sizes so I don't shop very often and sometimes lose my rewards. BnB is the best shampoo and conditioner Ive ever used and my hair dresser agrees.

As mentioned previously in the survey, I found it hard to find my rewards on the checkout page. The carousel was also a bit slow to use, there seemed to be a lag in the animation of the carousel. I find the B&B website overall easy to use!
