My experience at two of your stores has been nothing but terrible. I was looking to purchase a zodiac necklace from brilliant earth they never had one in stock. But the issue was not that the product was not ever available it was the coldness and rudeness of your staff at both locations I went to the Chestnut Hill store two times. I was greeted by cold, rude staff on both occasions and they were different people. It was not the same people. They didn’t care if they sold anything I didn’t feel welcomed at all both times. I ended up purchasing the item online, the necklace came with a missing diamond, which was part of the zodiac collection. I knew right away. It was just not meant to be even though I really wanted to have this necklace. I contacted customer support. They told me to bring the piece in to a store. I brought the piece to the south Boston location again greeted by cold staff. There were no customers in the store. They told me to return the necklace and the free diamond earrings that were included in my purchase, which is a joke too made out of silver then they told me the necklace will be evaluated by the back office before I even see credit on my credit card account. The whole process was just a joke and no one even contacted me once to apologize or to even care what they can do better I wish good luck to your business but with this type of Culture, I don’t know how long you will stay in business honestly
