I wanted to share some feedback from my recent purchase.
You were running a promotion offering free diamond stud earrings on purchases of $1,000 or more. The eternity band I bought for my wife’s anniversary gift was $990, and unfortunately, I was told the $10 difference disqualified me from the promotion. To get the earrings my wife wanted, I ended up spending even more — and while I understand policies, it felt like a situation where a little flexibility could have gone a long way.
Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that engraving options were very limited. Not being able to include characters beyond basic text really narrowed what we could personalize on such a meaningful piece.
I share this not to complain, but because I believe feedback helps companies grow. A small policy adjustment — like honoring promotions when someone is within a few dollars of the threshold — could make a big difference in customer experience.
