The ring was exactly as depicted and high quality. I got the wrong size + have to return for resizing. I spoke with a rep over the phone and he could not have been more professional. He took a few moments to leave the convo a couple of times to actually speak to a jeweler about my resizing issue. He sent me my return info promptly. (Landed in my spam folder so I had to look for it, but that's me.) I would absolutely use them again. The packaging was gorgeous and I loved receiving a written appraisal of my item as well.

I was really looking forward to giving my wife this necklace, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. When it arrived, the silver didn’t have the bright, polished shine I associate with a product from Brilliant Earth. It looked like it had been sitting for a while. We actually had to rub it with a cleaning cloth before wearing it, which was disappointing for a brand such as this. More importantly, the necklace itself was much smaller and felt more delicate than advertised. Instead of having a sleek, substantial feel, it came across as dainty and lightweight almost as if it was designed for an infant, not an adult woman. The design is still pretty, but overall it didn’t deliver the “wow” factor I associate with Brilliant Earth.

Was promised delivery of my product by December 23. Then was informed it would be coming on December 24, Christmas Eve. I kept checking the tracking information, and on December 23 when I hadn’t yet shipped, I contacted customer support and was informed that it would come on December 30 - that’s five days after Christmas! Completely unacceptable to promise the product, and failed to deliver by Christmas. If you couldn’t make it by Christmas, just don’t promise it.

I contacted customer service to ask about getting a free pair of earrings since I’m a government healthcare employer at the VA hospital because I couldn’t get the ID me to work. The rep was really nice and helpful but I never received the earrings. It said they were shipping separate but still haven’t received them.

I was extremely satisfied with detail, ease and selection during online purchase. I was not satisfied with the December 19 missed delivery date. I am very satisfied with the product that was eventually delivered on December 23. I would say, and although it is holiday season (ordered 11-25) the supply chain communication / linkage to customer could be improved as it relates to missed MRD. For example, instead of sending repeating and misleading "Your purchase is on the way" or "Your package is ready for shipment" 3 weeks ahead of delivery date to only to miss MRD leaves the customer with a bad taste. "Were sorry" emails the day before expected delivery (after customer awaiting patiently for 3 weeks) are a nice acknowledgement but not helpful. Please keep in mind that the customer usually works and have to arrange for someone (or themselves) to actually be present and sign for delivery. That means the customers are also planning for the expected delivery date. Things happen and life is not fair. I get it. I still believe the online ship delivery notification system could be enhanced to eliminate confusion. It must very tough for the BE customer service reps (who only want the best for their customers) to mitigate these sudden missed MRD's. In any event, the product is gorgeous and I am extremely happy I purchased through Brilliant Earth. Andrew Berger

I appreciated the detailed information on the diamond and ring. I am hoping that by using the measurements the ring will look like what I anticipate. I liked the ease of being able to do this at home. This ring is a replacement for my original engagement ring, so emotionally it would have been difficult to shop in the store. I like the return policy in case the ring does not suit. I also really liked being able to chat to answer questions about returns to the store and policy on purchasing the warranty in a couple of months.

The item I bought I found easily but the other one I wanted I found one day bit when I went back to find it I couldn't find it anywhere. Also, their website is divided up into too many sub-groups: engagement rings; wedding rings; classic; stackable; toi et moi; cocktail rings,.....WTF is that all about? I just want to find a nice ring. I did contact them via email and a person responded and was quite helpful, but by the I'd bought a ring elsewhere.

Beautiful diamonds in their earring settings; post-keepers were too small to use and apparently no options from CustServ, so after-market purchase is necessary. Diamonds in earrings are not individually graded but are promised to meet a range of characteristics like size and color.

My wife and I visited the Brilliant Earth store in Boston and had a wonderful time with Candace Thompson. She helped us pick out the perfect ring that we later ordered online. Candace then helped facilitate expedited shipping to ensure delivery before Christmas, which was very important to us. She was very helpful and made the entire experience, from in store to online ordering and subsequent management of shipping through email and phone contact, incredibly easy. Thank you, Candace! The ring itself is fantastic, fits perfectly, and came packaged very nicely.

I ordered a pair of diamonds studs for my wife's 70th birthday on 12/14. I checked the website several times to see the status of the order and it said pending. This morning I received an email saying that my order was cancelled. I checked my spam box and found some emails asking for verification. I called customer support and said it was cancelled because they needed a work email (I am retired, but still have one). There is nothing I can do but reorder. it is likely that it will now not get here in time for my wife's birthday. This is very very disappointing. There was no phone call to follow up on the verification. There was no indication on the website that verification was needed. After the 2nd order I called to see if I could verify the order, but they said that they didn't have the order "in their system". That is strange because I received a confirmation email and it shows up on their website. I hope the rest of the service is better then this. I am absolutel appoplectic and I hope the CEO reads this and does something to improve service. By the way, I would order from somewhere else, but my daughter ordered a matching pendant necklace. My daughter has gotten things from you before and been happy. I am very unhappy.
