I recently purchased an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I went to the showroom in Philadelphia had to check on the merchandise and see it firsthand. And then picked a diamond online and had the ring created. The ring was delivered on the date promised. When I opened the box I was completely amazed at how beautiful it was !!!!!! I was completely satisfied with the entire process and the final outcome was a super gorgeous ring that I know my girlfriend/future fiancé will love !!!!

The bracelet is beautiful, but too small. I do not have large wrists, but the bracelet fits around my wrist, but is too tight to fasten. perhaps it was designed and sized for a model's wrist, not the everyday woman.

Look at this beautiful wedding band I just bought, it's the same brand my fiance bought my engagement ring from. I highly recommend them, this wedding band is the only one I can find with this style. I don't recommend the long island location at Roosevelt Field mall, we had originally walked in just to look at the wedding bands and they said we cannot, my fiance was extremely mad since he just bought my engagement ring from there and he tried to pursuae me to buy the wedding band somewhere else, but I told him it's probably just the location. We went into Manhattan as a walk in and they were extremely nice and welcoming!

Brilliant Earth earns the reputation it has for beautiful and affordable jewelry. My package did happen to arrive a day after it was supposed to, but I think that was the fault of the post office not Brilliant Earth. I have no complaints whatsoever

Brilliant Earth provides beautiful quality jewelry with a variety of unique styles. I am happy with the ring I purchased. However, they do not make you aware that they put restrictions on the delivery method of your package. A signature is required, which is understandable, however, if you will not be home to provide said signature (i.e. working), Brilliant Earth ALSO puts a restriction that you CANNOT request to have your order held and picked up at a physical carrier location. I contacted customer service about this issue and was told that the carrier would attempt to deliver my item three times before it would be held at a physical location for pickup. The representative said this was for "protection" of the item. To me, having my wedding ring loaded and unloaded on a delivery truck three times, or even just sitting on the truck in a jumble of other packages for a number of days, lends itself to loss far more than just requesting to pick up the item at a physical carrier location in the first place. Especially if this was a time sensitive item. Being the buyer, and the one to have a possible sentimental connection to the item, it would be considerate to have a choice in how it is delivered. And it seems like an unfair run-around to have to wait for three failed delivery attempts before having the choice to receive my package in a way that works for me, the buyer.

Website needs to be updated for increased functionality. If I had been able to use 2 gift cards there would not have been the issue I experienced. Chat agent told me to pay and then call immediately to request the use of a 2nd gift card. I did so and they said they’d process and call me to confirm it was taken care of. They didn’t. I called back. The agent advised she would make sure this was resolved quickly and would check back in the next day. She didn’t. The next day I called and the agent was awful. Told me it was too bad this wasn’t resolved but since it had shipped I was out of luck. I asked for an escalation and he hung up on me. I called and emailed again. Jose was kind but Saadi an escalation can take 2 full days. The only reason I got a resolution is because I emailed corporate. It shouldn’t take 3 emails, 1 chat and 5 phone calls to get a resolution. It was so frustrating and disappointing. Now when I look at this beautiful bracelet I just remember a horrible experience.
