Upon arrival, the product was defective. I ordered a necklace for someone’s birthday and when she opened it the 925 silver cable chain was tangled up and tied in a knot. I spent 2 hours trying to untangle the chain, once I was finally able to untangle the chain I had 20 min to get ready for my dinner which I was late to. This whole experience was a huge inconvenience to me and very disappointing to the person that received the gift. This experience reflected poorly on me and made it seem like I just ordered something cheap from china. I don’t think I will order from you guys again. I have never experienced something like this when ordering necklaces from Tiffany or David Yurman. If something can be done to make this right then that would be great. I will not be returning the necklace, as I was able to untangle it with a couple hours of effort. But like I said, if something can be done to make this right and compensate for the inconvenience that would be great. I have a video of the defect in which the necklace arrived as proof. This was extremely disappointing overall.
