I have made lots purchases from B&H over the years but this one, a large printer was different due to its size and freight requirements. It arrived, there was a hole in the box, we opened it everything was fine, freight people were good and patient no rush. Don't expect the same tracking capability you get with typical Fed Ex shipment, you'll be notified when it's picked up at the warehouse and a call to schedule delivery 8-9 days later.

B&H has it all, ships quickly, great prices, and has expert advice for free. Buying anywhere else doesn't make sense to me. I did run into a glitch in ordering this time. I had an old business address default into the shipping address. I corrected the error but there was no way to save the correction. This was using the Paypal payment method. I suspect the bad information populated from there. I mention this so it may be fixed. It is not a big deal.
