I have ordered from B&H fro many years. Yesterday was very frustrating bc it wouldn't allow me to change my shipping address from my Florida home to my NY one. I was aon the chat for about an hour with them sending me links. Never worked! Finally I gave up and tried just now ( the next day} and it worked right away.

I really wanted the black camera of the version I got but it was never in stock so that’s my only complaint because I had to get the silver one which I don’t like as much. The product works well though and is exactly as marketed on the website

I have purchased a number of items from B&H recently. I've been happy with my purchases. One thing to note is that I was searching for an item and my search didn't show any of the items I was looking for. After doing a Google search I found the item and saw a link to it on the B&H website. I found a number of items this way. Once on the B&H website, it was listed. Strangely - it is the same name I searched for the on B&H website previously that didn't show up on my B&H search. One item was the " SmallRig Quick Release V-Lock Mount Plate Kit".

Everything about this order for the Sandisk memory card was great except that I had to pay shipping because the total was less than the minimum required for free shipping. Newegg has the exact same card for the same price and the shipping was free but I wanted to ensure that the card I received was genuine and not a fake so it I bought it from B&H.
