B H is usually my go to source for photo equipment because, great in stock source, knowledgable staff, good cross section of products to review and select from and reliable as promised delivery. Not pleased with some delivery requirements to sign for delivery...causes delay if not present to sign. Signature reqmts are not cancellable.

B&H had the lens I have wanted for years on sale for Labor Day and combined with a reasonably-priced extra warranty, and the free and fast FedEx shipping option, it was a no-brainer! Their customer service got back to me right away when I was having trouble finding information about tracking--which was totally my fault by the way! I haven't been that excited to receive a package and open it up in such a long time that I felt like a kid at Christmas! B&H is a fabulous option if you can't hang out at a local camera store and choose in person!

I recently purchased the new iFLYTEK AINOTE 2 tablet from B&H Photo-Video-Pro Audio, and honestly, I’ve had a great experience from start to finish. The AINOTE 2 itself has been impressive. It’s a very innovative device, especially for taking notes, organizing information, and incorporating AI into everyday work. I’ve really enjoyed using it and feel like it has made certain tasks much easier and more efficient. My experience with B&H was just as positive. The ordering process was smooth, the product arrived as expected, and everything went exactly as I hoped. I appreciate that B&H carries newer and harder-to-find technology like the iFLYTEK AINOTE 2, which can be difficult to find through traditional retailers. If a friend asked me where I would buy technology like this, I would definitely recommend B&H. I had no significant problems with my order, and the overall experience gave me confidence in purchasing from them again. Based on my experience, B&H Photo-Video-Pro Audio is a retailer I would be happy to recommend to others.

What would REALLY be cool if possible. Give a preview of what's in Deal Zone. I 'could' have bought this with another order that I made 2 days earlier. For some of my items such as consumables (things that replace all the time such as batteries/SD Cards/lens caps/etc, I WAIT until something is in Deal Zone before buying those items. Example - I bought a curved monitor. Bought a battery box for my camera batteries. Another example - bought 2 Macro flashes on sale. Bought an AD200 round head adapter with it.

I had ordered some non B & H equipment from consumer type merchants this month. B & H reminds me how great they are when I compare non B & H merchants to them. The competition is disorganized and loses shipments due to poor shipping terms. When UPS hands off to USPS, this may save the merchant a few bucks, but leads to big problems that take time and effort to resolve. B & H does NOT practice this horrible shipping practice. Very thankful for the professionalism of B & H.
