I opted to by the Brother brand multifunction printer from B&H vs. directly from Brother because I already have an account with B&H. I appreciate the product selection and ability to compare options. I'm often pleasantly surprised at the variety and supply of office items offered, and the B&H brand of service is far greater than that of any "big box" store offering the same items.

B&H has always been very helpful and answered many questions via my phone calls on most of my purchases. This time, I did my own research, so I knew what I wanted to order and why. The order desk was closed so I placed my order via the internet. I was able to apply for a Payboo credit card which was instantly approved which saved me on the sales tax. The B&H website took my order without any problems for me. I was given an estimated delivery date and shortly a tracking number. I used the B&H link for tracking my shipment and the order received two days earlier than expected. I have always had excellent service from B&H over the more than 18 years of ordering from B&H.
