I tend to buy from only B&H and Adorama. Even when buying used, both seem incredibly fair in their pricing, but B&H ships faster. B&H could only be improved upon if discount codes were available to regular customers, a category I am starting to fall into.

I was not sure what lens protector I wanted for my lens. Talk to your representative Bernard who talked me through the four options I was considering. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. 5 * to him. Also, B&H makes online ordering very easy. Their comparison feature is helpful and checkout is simple. I have ordered from them before and will continue to order from them in the future. Also appreciate the free, quick shipping.

B&H Photo is a great place to shop. Their selection is outstanding, and their free expedited shipping is terrific. Using their Payboo card has saved me hundreds of dollars in state sales tax, which is 10%. The customer service is the best; they answer the phone with a human, and the staff knows their stuff. Returns are pretty easy too, if you have to return an item, there's no question asked other than why.

Overall, the web experience was good. However, more compatible accessories would have made me more confident with my selection. Specifically with regard to memory cards. I purchased a digital camera and selected a card that was not among the recommended items for the product. The card did match the camera specs so it should be okay.

I came back and tried a few hours later and it wouldn't allow me to click the button that I wanted to not pay sales tax. When I clicked it several times, it banned me again! All good except for the required signature when Fed Ex delivers units to me, apparently over $1,000. is a mandatory signature, I am a traveling technician that is in my car most of the week, I have had difficulty on Fed Ex's site transferring the deliver to the local Wahlgreen store which is a Fed Ex drop off point, so getting Fed ex to fix that problem could probably solve the issue.
