So in the chat. the agent had zero knowledge of the 45 inch LG scddreens. Also no knowledge of the mourning system. ended up with the wrong mountain system. So BH is fabulous for fast delivery. The Payboo is. a nightmare and can take four days to order. Your staff doesnt seem to care. Could just look up stuff on chat gpt. They just give opaque and useless answers

the iPhone app does not work. SUPER buggy. Won't add items to cart most of the time and when it does checkout doesn't work. Apple Pay checkout IS BUGGGGGY! Had to wait to get back to my laptop to login and check out from there. This is really a hassle. Please fix the app. Why have it if it just causes stress? I deleted it from my phone so I'm not tempted to use it.

B&H is the best online store with a great selection of products. 99 time out of 100 they ship same day unless they're closed for an observance. Orders arrive within a couple of days. B&H is just awesome and a pleasure to deal with if you ever have to contact them about anything. I'd give them three thumbs up but I only have two hands.

I am a Luddite, according to my wife. I hate my smartphone and often can't find it, which annoys my children and wife and some business partners. I also continue to use the old PC to household connection instead of remote choices. The Impact PC to household cords I purchased from B&H don't sit firmly in my Canon & Nikon PC terminals, whereas Paramount cords work steadfastly. Sorry to be so picky . . .

The product comparison for the DJI mic did not show that the expensive one had multi-camera sync capability. It also leads the customer to believe that the inexpensive option does not come with a charging case.

Jason in the new camera department was most helpful and friendly in helping me make my selection. I ended up with Phillip in the used camera department for a tripod. It was a new return that was an excellent bargain. Phillip answered all my questions so I could complete my purchase. He was most helpful and pointed out some features I was not aware of. Thank you B&H for another great shopping experience. Everyone is always friendly and courteous with no high sales pressure and that why I always come back to you.

I needed a very "Tall" tripod to support a mirrorless camera for a specific job. I have two heavier Manfrotto for my FS7's but for this I just needed something light, tall, and inexpensive for 2 or 3 quick jobs. I ended up with something that checked every box but also was much better than I thought when I got it. I'll be using this tripod for more than 2-3 jobs, that's for sure.

I've been dealing with B&H forever. Used to live in NJ across the Lincoln Tunnel and would run into the store to actually touch and see the products but now living in the Florida Keys and can't do that but I know I can always depend on B&H for excellent service and pricing.

Overall excellent experience and very happy that I was able to find everything that I needed. In a couple of cases I needed physical specs that were not available from B&H so I had to search for the manufacturer's website to get what I needed. In one case I needed the diameter of an HDMI cable, and in another case the dimensions for a set of bookshelf speakers didn't look right to me and I was able to get the correct information from the manufacturer's website.
