I am incredibly frustrated with my recent experience at B&H. I placed an order with the full expectation that it would be processed and delivered in a timely manner. Instead, my order sat in limbo for days without a single word of communication from their team.
It turns out there was an issue with the PayPal payment, but B&H made zero effort to notify me. I was left waiting, expecting a package that wasn't coming, only to eventually find out on my own that the order was stalled. Because of this total lack of proactive communication, I am now forced to rent the item I needed just to meet my project deadlines.
When I finally took the initiative to call them, the experience only got worse. I was passed around between multiple departments, and when I finally reached a representative, they clearly had no interest in resolving the situation. They seemed more focused on getting me off the phone than actually helping a customer who had been let down by their lack of transparency.
I expect better professional standards from a company like B&H. If they can’t be bothered to communicate order issues or provide helpful support when things go wrong, I simply can't rely on them for my production needs.
