I talked to Brian over the phone. Not sure about last name, maybe Orcutt? He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Listened to my questions, didn't talk down to me. Audio salespeople can be intimidating and snobby but Brian was approachable, listened well, understood my questions and didn't rush me off the phone. Seems like many business have undertrained staff with little product knowledge but Brian knows his stuff. That's rare these days and I appreciate it. As a result of the call, I went ahead and bought the product I was asking about (Ortofon 2M Black replacement stylus for a turntable cartridge)

I had a great customer experience with Audio Advisor. They had what I needed at a competitive price. They shipped my stylus quickly, and gave me tracking information as soon as it was picked up. My well packed stylus arrived a few days later, in perfect condition. I really felt like I was purchasing from an actual person, who cared about their products and customer service.
