Took a while to find the turntable cables and removing the wrong cable from the cart was not intuitive. However price was excellent.

one order i recoeved via amaozn was shipped promtly and on time. this order came directly through audio advisor and i didnt recieve any updates. only after not recieving the item after the expected arrival daye did i contact customer service. advisor was not necessarily rude but told me not to rely on online stock status. no apologies and no help finding a realistic ship date. poor xustomer service overall

I spoke with Caleb Hansen prior to making my purchase online. He was very knowledgeable about the product and high end audio in general. Our conversation also covered products I'm looking to purchase in the near future. I will definitely be calling him back for his advice and opinions again. The website uses Shop which makes checkout easy. Free shipping, 60 day return policy is also great.

The biggest positive was finding a closeout deal with 36% off, which provided excellent value and made the purchase decision easy. The website navigation was intuitive, and pricing and availability were clearly displayed.

One thing that could be better- if I’m going to spend 4k on speakers (a lot for me) it would be nice if the pictures were better, brighter and able to zoom in on them. To be fair I was visiting from a phone.

Overall, I had a very positive experience. The website was easy to navigate, product information was helpful, and I appreciated the wide selection of audio equipment. I think the shipping charge is outrageous. I looked for valid coupons, but could not find any. Why are your shipping fees so high? If it wasn't a gift, I would not have bought it.

I knew what I was looking for but wanted a good price. I found a demo model on AA discounted at a significant discount. The item arrived on time, as new, in original packing and had all manuals and ancillaries included. I have ordered from AA several times over the years and have not been disappointed.

I have been doing my audio homework for the last couple years. My last amp died 2 years ago and I finally couldn’t take it anymore listening to music on a one speaker digital source! Audio Advisor has many , many informative articles and I think I learned a great deal from them. If not for Audio Advisor sharing their knowledge I would have been still unsure when I purchased my Audio Lab Integrated Amplifier. There was no doubt in my mind I was getting the perfect component for my system. Thank you Audio Advisor!

Have bought many items at Audio Advisor. This time it was a demo Ortofon 2M Bronze cartridge for a second system. Appreciated the oppty to get it at a reduced price. Audio Advisor does a good job of keeping me informed about different sales and products. Have also gotten a lot of cables from AA. One of my preferred online resources for audiophile gear. Highly recommend.
