I like AudioAdvisor, a lot. They carry a quality product line and I will, likely, purchase again. However, like most commercial enterprises, they have outsourced their marketing and that irritates me. I’m an audiophile. I love receiving their mailers, something I can physically touch and peruse at my leisure. I am learning to despise digital assaults for survey’s, solicitations, reviews etc. My last purchase arrived while I was out of town. While I’m excited about my purchase, it is that time of year when its installation and use will likely be on the back burner for awhile. Moreover, part of my purchase is on backorder!! Meanwhile, rate this! Look at this! What do you think!!?? This is an all out disturbance of my peace! Back off and leave me alone. Continue to solicit my business me the old way. My satisfaction is another order in the future. I’ll let you know if I find a product that’s exceptional.

Bought turntable for girlfriend. Problem with anti-skating right from the start. Sales guy said cartridge is culprit. Too long ago for refund. Examined stylus, looks ok. Ordered and paid for replacement stylus- apparently nothing else to do
