I’ve had a great experience with this web restaurant/store. They offer original, high-quality products, and their service is reliable and professional. Delivery is always handled carefully and arrives as expected. The ordering process is easy, and customer support is responsive and helpful whenever needed. Overall, the experience has been very smooth and trustworthy. The only downside is that the shipping cost is a bit too high and should be lower. Aside from that, everything else has been excellent. Offer products that I 'shop' for and pricing is far better than 'off the shelf' type shopping. Too often can't find products needed for factory and Webstaurant makes it far easier to keep this place up & running

Very easy to find items needed. Easy to check out. The only thing we would appreciate is being able to purchase samples (for instance dishes) so that we can actually see and handle what we're buying. We're a kids camp and have to be able to try out everything from bowls, plates, etc to chairs.

The skillets were exactly what I was looking for. I haven't used them yet but I see no problems. The shipping was expensive and they took longer to get here than expected but overall. I'm satisfied.

Hi, sometimes locating the exact product I am looking for can be cumbersome. Also your shipping fees are pretty exorbitant. I had an issue with delivery. I didn’t really know when things would arrive. The carrier left items outside on the steps and it could have been stolen. Some boxes he/she threw over the gate. Unlike Amazon where you can narrow down a window, this was a harrowing experience.

I have tried for a few hours to get your online system to recognize my email from the previous order from last year. When that did not work, I asked for a link to my email, none ever came. I tried to contact chat and then I could no longer locate the chat to discuss my issue. I tried to visit the chat again, but it said I couldn't since it had registered my previous chat where no one ever responded, and I couldn't find it. I wound up creating a whole new account and had to re-upload my tax exempt from last year as well. I had to start over. I hope I don't have to do that each time I order for my church.

i have ordered multiple times but this time the meat took longer due to them shipping on a thursday with only 2 freezer packs to keep 40 pounds of meat in safe temp zone and the shipping company not delivering in my area on weekends. it was not safe to eat when it was delivered monday! a full refund was issued!

I am really happy and comfortable doing business with Webstaurant. The products are as described, the customer service is amazing. Anytime I have a problem CS is there to help, they pick up the phone and work hard to resolve any issues. Prices are competitive, and most things that I need can be found on this site. I spent over 100K on equipment to build my restaurant and purchase 0nce or twice a week. The only thing I would look into is how we know certain items are special order. This is not clear.

I originally ordered 5 gallons of molasses. The order was damaged in transit. I contacted the vendor and explained the situation. A store credit was issued with instructions and I reordered the item.
