The reason why I don't recommend this website it's because when they cancel your order because items that they had which were posted on their website for no longer available nobody reaches out to you because they do have your phone number but they expect restaurant owners to be sitting behind the computer and restaurants don't do that the largest owners of restaurants her mom and pops and they don't sit in front of their computers on a day-to-day basis

I got a "rip-off" on the payment. The shipping price ($37.17) was more than the products ($36.98). Will never order again and may consider reporting them to the BBB.

Customer service here is TOP OF THE LINE. Have had a couple of damaged orders come in and they are on it. The last one which I had a rush to get out to a customer and the item came in destroyed and customer service next day aired the replacement out! Needless to say when you are in a business that customers will not except excuses for being late..... You guys are the best!!!

I’ve had a great experience with this web restaurant/store. They offer original, high-quality products, and their service is reliable and professional. Offer products that I 'shop' for and pricing is far better than 'off the shelf' type shopping. Too often can't find products needed for factory and Webstaurant makes it far easier to keep this place up & running

Very easy to find items needed. Easy to check out. The only thing we would appreciate is being able to purchase samples (for instance dishes) so that we can actually see and handle what we're buying. We're a kids camp and have to be able to try out everything from bowls, plates, etc to chairs.
