When looking at the size chart specifically for satin shorts, it only gave me bra sizing. Definitely add more accordingly to the fit of the items for a better understanding

While I was checking out and putting in my card info, suddenly the total jumped up with no explanation. I had to go back and figure out it was because one of the items in my cart was no longer available so it removed the sale discount. Annoying, but I went back and chose something else. As I was checking out the second time, it happened again. Do you no longer hold items temporally while they’re in the cart?! It was annoying and made my shopping experience frustrating and take why longer than expected.

Tried to tell you I spent $108.00 and it said something about my card would allow me to only be charged 79 or $80 and I put my card number in and it never deducted it to let it go down to that amount so somehow somebody got to fix that I don't know but

Everything was pretty simple and easy to find and purchase. The menu could have been a bit more straightforward; I’d prefer a text menu with categories like “bras” or “panties”, then divided into style names like “body by victoria”, “pink”, and “dream angels”, etc. But overall I was able to find what I needed.

Overall the website is easy to navigate and find what you are looking for by searching. However, it would be nice to add a filter for the “Rise” of panties, etc. Being able to filter based on high rise, mid rise, and low rise would be helpful. Also more variety of styles on unfiltered results would be better than listing the same style over and over with different color options. It’s easy enough to click on any style to see the colors, and having more styles shown would increase the chances of someone buying a style they normally wouldn’t purchase. These are not deal breakers by any means, but rather just a suggestion to improve the shopping experience a bit better with little effort to implement.

The 15% off your first order code is a lie. It never came. The website on an iPhone browser is the most horrible website. I have ever shopped on after using the live chat feature. There needs to be away to exit the conversation and be allowed to scroll back on the website go to the cart and check out. It’s insane that it would take up the whole screen and you cannot do anything else. After trying all of these other methods and it still comes back up is insane. The worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
