You have zero way to correct an address error if there is one when shipping. The company that ships your items doesn’t answer the number provided by your team, and you have to submit multiple (like at least 10-15) requests before you can even chat with a person-only for them to tell you that they won’t update the address to the number next door or any address for that matter without instruction from you. When I reach out to you for assistance, your resolution is to resend the items that you have in stock (which was 1 out of 5 items ordered), then lose connection and have to get back on a new chat, re-explain everything only to be told that now none of the items are available. then be told that the person you originally spoke with placed the order even though you got disconnected but sent it to the same incorrect address again. Such a waste of my time and your resources when it could have been resolved with the company delivering the package being able to just correct the address and deliver it to the right place which is literally right next door.
