I tried for two days to order products from you all and I’ve been locked out of my account. I can’t get back in when I try to call in and get Help to reset my password. They just sent me an email for the link but the link doesn’t work so I don’t know how to get back into my account and then when I placed the order over the phone, it was declined because you all closed my credit card because I hadn’t been using it as often as I guess you need to, but nobody told me I’m very frustrated

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!. Before I even get to that part, Ill start with this first problem. My birthday was coming around and I signed up for the rewards program and downloaded the app. The site said I would get a free panty/item AND %20 off my first purchase coupon code. However I never received it. And I couldn't wait any longer to place my order because some were gifts. Even though I should have received it when I first signed up!. Second problem is that it took me hours to navigate your site because you only use small/thin models for 90% of your displays!. Every clothing item I clicked on which were hundreds, had almost 10 different styles and colors of that specific item. However not one was a large/Xtra large model. In fact you have 1 L/XL model and her name is LULU. Every single item where a model is wearing it to show size should have BOTH SMALL AND LARGE. This website is not body friendly at all when searching anything bigger than a small/medium. Lastly, I've been shopping here for decades, but it might have to come to an end because I cannot afford your prices anymore. I understand everything has risen when it comes to prices, Victoria secret is substantially higher than other competitors especially name brands. The average hard working American cannot afford 75% of merch from this store. It's not fair because I went from shopping weekly, to monthly, and now bi annually this past year. I've spent thousands of hard earned dollars over the decades I've been a customer and I have never felt so robbed and sad.

I really like shopping online at vs because I can take my time and not tire out like in the store but also at the register the line is so long I feel rush to use coupons I have because I try to use more than 1 to combine and get a better discount. The website is so easy to use . I enjoy shopping online at VS rather than in store.

I saw an ad for buy 2 get 2 so I clicked and it took me to the website. You can easily switch between vs and pink which is nice. I was shopping for some more wide leg sweats, so being able to select the category and narrow down the selections was helpful in finding what I want!

I was excited to see that my favorite series of bras were back, but under different branding and sizing. Unfortunately, the sizing from my last fitting at a VS store was off and when I excitedly pulled off the tags and put on my new bra expecting it to fit perfectly - it didn’t. Thankfully, I bought the next size down to be safe, in another bra - but it’s unfortunate that my local store didn’t measure me correctly, seemed squeamish at the thought of measuring me or making recommendations on lingerie (at a lingerie store?! What?!) and the in-store experience is just NOT what it used to be…. So I turned to the online component. But I’m a bit disappointed that I can’t return or exchange the wrong sized bras since the tags are already off.

You know what that rope is amazing I bought the panties in the bra to go with it and I love like the way they're so soft and yeah I highly recommend people to go get one of the rooms it's way worth it and the slippers were so comfortable and I would highly recommend that you go check them out or go on mine and check them out cuz their prices ain't bad they're reasonable they're way worth it they'll let me tell you give them 100% all the way and their delivery was on point easy to track it easy to get updates

Good experience overall. Advertising an item on the victoria's secret website for free, with the purchase of a hundred and twenty five dollars or more not being able to receive at checkout due to low or no stock left. Something should be done about removing the ad when not being able to provide for the customers. I was really looking forward to receiving the tow bag with my wife's birthday gift to only find out it would not be available after all.
