This is my fifth set of skis purchased from Al's Ski Barn. Very good experience each time. The guys that answer the phone are exceptional. Maybe repeating loyal customers could get a discount.

I had a great experience with your staff on the phone and via email and I was able to get great recommendations and find exactly what I was looking for but I don’t think the search capabilities on the website would have allowed me to use the filters to find options that fit my feeds.

Al’s had a great deal on past season Mantra M7s so ordered some 2025 new stock Mantra M7 with bindings mounted I had some questions about the brake sizing. I called and spoke to an actual person! A knowledgeable and extremely helpful staffer who explained the discrepancy I thought I was seeing. So to make it even sweeter the skis were on my front porch the next afternoon perfectly mounted and looking great!

Growing up, I knew my Dad always bought from Al's Ski Barn, and now as an adult, I carried on this tradition given the excellent prices & strong variety. Thank you! I'll be back for boots soon.

The website is clean and simple (a good thing in my mind!). I came in via a google sales link that was product specific (Mantra M7 177) so some general info took a little digging such as free shipping and free binding mounts. Might be useful to make those features a little more prominent. I called with one specific question and to to a real and very helpful staff person. A unique and very positive experience in today’s shopping environment!

I appreciate the added details about the skis, which are readily available. It would be nice to have a comparison tool. Otherwise I did a lot of jumping back and forth.

Great experience overall. I’m not totally sure if the poles I ordered in my ski package are available, because when I looked up ski poles separately, they weren’t on the list. I’m hoping they are, because I have an older pair that I love and want to give them as a gift to my wife. If they aren’t, it’s not a big deal, just hopeful that they are.

I used the telescoping poles this past week for skiing and for casual hiking. The poles are very sturdy and well constructed. They held up well on the slopes and on the hiking trails.
