Everything about this last order was great except FedEx their driver refuses to bring my package to the door I live in an apartment I'm handicapped and they leave my package every time at the office and I have to walk the whole length of the apartment to get it I called and complained and they told me it was economic post get over it that's the way it was but you guys at Tower do a great job FedEx sucks

The biggest thing missing on tower’s website when compared to horizons website is the “compatibility” section under parts listings. If I’m looking at parts in the clearance bin I have to go to horizons website to see what models the part is compatible. That’s an extra step a customer should not have to take.

I don't like that items that are not currently available are listed but don't qualify for the discount. If you're not going to give the discount on back-ordered items, then the items that are on back order should be clearly marked - large, bold letters, so no confusion or misunderstanding.
