I ordered a perfume. My spouse didn’t like the smell of it, and I wasn’t too fond of it either. It smelt like old lady and I’m young, but I wanted something fancy and nice. I returned the item and it has been a MESS since then to even get MY money back and a return complete. Every time I call the customer service line they just tell me the same thing over and over but don’t fix the problem and I STILL haven’t gotten my return finalized. I ordered March 3rd and returned a few days later, it’s now April 9th and still nothing even though they’ve confirmed they’ve gotten my return back. Yet I still don’t have the money back in my account. It’s getting EXTREMELY frustrating. Will never purchase from Tom Ford again and I had high expectations coming from such a known company and name. Such a disappointment.

My experience buying fragrances from Tom Ford Beauty has always been seemless. In so many instances, Tom Ford has set the bar high for all others. I think of my most recent purchase of Figue Erotique. Finally, a fig fragrance that defines what so many have tried to accomplish. Trend setting, innovative, highest quality products that’s what i know Tom Ford Beauty delivers. Thanks for making fragrance such a satisfying experience.

I ordered Tobaaco Vanille and Bitter Peach the package came earlier than expected along with some samples. I enjoyed the scents and gave the sample to one of my friends.Overall I am satisfied

I was pleased with my order overall. Upon receiving it, I expected the packaging to be a bit more premium, such as a velvet satchel, especially since I was ordering individual bottles rather than a complete set. However, the items were packaged well and arrived promptly.

I have been ordering Tom Ford products for a while. I use a few lip sticks every day and love them. I have been searching for a new fragrance for a long time and absolutely fell in love with Soleil Neige. I love it's fresh and clean but subtle smell. I ordered the body oil as well. I love this too. It is not too oily and the skin absorbs it easily. Tom Ford ships so fast and always gets it right!!

Oud Wood smells good, but only for an hour, then it's gone. I like it, but it's not worth the price. You could buy a scent for your car and it lasts longer. I'm not sure anyone even smells it. I've thought it might be a joke purchase and "Tom" is just collecting cash. The only way I'd consider buying it is if they gave me a stronger version of it to try. Then I would recommend it if it's different.

I purchased my favorite Tom Ford fragrance, Ombre Leather. They sent the wrong package so I contacted customer support and they quickly figured out the issue and sent my correct order. They are super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend purchasing Tom Ford fragrances directly from Tom Ford online. A bonus is that they package the fragrance with beautiful black tissue paper and a Tom Ford sticker and they also provide a sample of another fragrance. That is such a wonderful perk. They stand behind their product too!

I have a lot of perfumes but there is something about tom ford perfumes that create good memories … maybe because they are long lasting me espeuxally private blends ….maybe I am not supposed to be but I like to combination of tobacco vanilla & rose prick !! :-)
