I went looking for a fragrance for my boyfriend and I was hoping to catch a good deal. I went ont he Tom Ford site and they were running a Valentine's Day special! It was 20% off certain gift sets and my boyfriend's favorite scent was part of that deal! It included some free items which was really nice. The packaging was sooo nice! I now prefer ordering from Tom Ford directly!

I ordered the products in the morning while I was at work and literally they shipped the same day! I didn’t even have to pay for some type of special shipping either. I would definitely recommend Tom Ford Beauty. The fragrances are so elegant and seductive, it’s insane. Stuff for kings and queens in the bedroom!

I’m disappointed with the customer service I received. My representative Skyler was polite, but the responses felt very brief and not particularly helpful, and communication took quite a long time throughout the process. I was given conflicting information about gifting options, which made the experience confusing and frustrating. I expected a more attentive and supportive experience, especially when purchasing a gift. Unfortunately, the interaction didn’t reflect the level of service I was hoping for.

I feel like the product should be separated. It shouldn’t go from like perfume too then make up. I think the categories need to be separated and then optional of the click on what you’re looking for or interested in.

I LOVE your scents. I am on this life long mission to find my perfect scent. I strongly believe it will be a Tom Ford scent. I just purchased my 2nd discovery set. I actually had problems with entering my month/year of my debit card to pay on my iphn. So I switched to my galaxy s24 and it worked fine to check out.
