I've been purchasing from Tobacco General for several years and have only gotten damaged goods once, I reached out to them, they replied with questions but I didn't follow up (my fault). I only have 1 complaint & that is, in all the years I have purchased from them I have never received (to my knowledge), a promo code or discount, and since Covid, I can no longer get free shipping with a certain dollar amount of ordered goods. However, I will continue to order our tobacco and tubes from them as long as we are smokers. They are competitively priced and have what we need, so there's no point in going anywhere else.

Easy to use website, steel feels exactly the same as it did when I began doing RYO almost 10 years ago. Well, I ordered a 5 pound bag of silver tobacco and they sent me the bold and told me I ordered the bold when I emailed back. I re-ordered a 5 pound bag of silver and they told me I can return the bold however I’m not happy that I’m going to have to pay all these shipping charges. One for the wrong bag, one for the correct bag and want to ship the wrong bag back. If you could issue me a credit, I’d be happy with that overall I’m happy with your service. I’ve been purchasing from your company for a long time under my ex-husband’s name and I have not had this issue before.

Since they moved the processing of Prince Albert pipe tobacco to the Dominican Republic, the quality has deteriorated. There are many more stems in the product. When processed in the USA, I would occasionally have a stem. Now each time I put the tobacco in my pouch, I almost always have to remove a stem. I like this tobacco better than any other and will put up with the aggravation
