1st. Item was listed as free shipping, which it was not. 2nd. You need someone with ergonomics experience to help you with your check out page as it is NOT user friendly. The layout is terrible, I am using an iPad, perhaps it was designed for a desktop but today many busy people will use a mobile device, and may choose to purchase elsewhere.

I was a little disappointed in checkout. There is a place for a discount code but after calling and talking with the store there was no code available for a discount for 1 st time buyers. . Not sure why there is a coupon code area when tha lady said there are no discounts available and when I asked of someone else knew she said no.She was not very personable.

The prices are excellent. The website could use some help. Please fix it where you have individual piping tips listed so that we don't have to keep looking back and forth if you wish to purchase a piping tip in the same grouping. Also, fix it so that we could leave our email address and name to be contacted when an item is restocked. Thank you so much. I am glad that I found your website online!

It’s hard to navigate the pages and even harder find what I needed. I input the name of the item and it STILL DID NOT come up in my repeated searches. I had to actually dig up the last order in my emails to find the actual item number to pull up what I’m seeking. That was a great deal of futile effort. Modernize your website! It’s antiquated; search capability not useful.

I ordered this because I ate a cake at someone’s house and it was delicious! Asked her and she told me this is what she used. I haven’t had a chance to bake yet, but can’t wait. Only drawback is that the product comes from a different country so shipping is a bit high.

The website seems very old fashioned and clunky. I’d say it needs a major overhaul. You seem to have a good array of products. Checkout was a pain. Postage seemed awfully expensive for what I bought.
