I somehow got black instead of regular gumpaste mix.( I didn't know such a thng existed.) I called and the kind lady said I could come in & exchange it. I live an hour away, so I hope to make the exchange in a few weeks. She was understanding, which I apprectiate, because I've ordered from Baker's Kitchen for years.

Items are a bit difficult to find. Shipping is high, compared to other sites. I purchase quite a bit of cake/candy making supplies; but only purchase from Baker’s Kitchen what I can’t find elsewhere because of the shipping costs. I do like the quality and variety of products. I often search this site and then find where to purchase for less (due to shipping)

I've found that you supply the best extracts, large icing color sizes, colored sugars, icing decorating tips and all at a great price (which is offset by your costly shipping price. My complaints from past orders are the products are not received in timely manner (I've had to call to find out shipment details bkz I can't locate tracking #) Also some tips I've ordered say "in stock" only to find they are out of stock and NOT in my shipmant

Response time was a tad slow but after my first item was tripled in my cart I realized I needed to wait a beat... Shipping charges seem high with no obvious option for free shipping if order is over a certain dollar amount. I concede that postage/shipping costs have increased but it still smarts a bit.

Disappointed with the shipping cost. Didn’t learn shipping cost until ready to pay. Summary page showed zero, implying the shipping was free. Also, then did not offer free shipping with minimum purchase amount. For that amount of shipping ($20), I probably would have found more to buy if it meant free shipping. Will not be ordering again due to excessive IMO shipping costs.

When you said you were not responsible for the choc with hot temp I expected it to get to me not melted , that you would sent it to me in a way that protected it and that my responsibility was when it arrived at my door that the time I brought it in to my house was on me to prevent the heat from getting to it not in the way you sent it to me. It was clear that you sending it was going to have it melt on the way . I suppose I misread you fine print. Very disappointed.

My family lives in Swanton. I used to live in Ohio but now in Arizona. My brother highly recommended your store and we visited (and bought - a lot) while we were in town the end of June. I'll be back the next time I'm in town as well and I've already told some of my friends that live there about you. The bakery is amazing by the way.
