The product was received by me with satisfaction. However, your local delivery partner here did not inform me that the product has been delivered to the guardhouse. All other companies' delivery personnel will take a photo of the product and send to me as a notification of delivery but not your delivery partner. This is very surprising and unexpected!!

Search function was a little hard to use. For example I inputed Biotherm and it came up with a populated list of products. I don’t always know the exact name of the product within that brand. The product was received by me with satisfaction. However, your local delivery partner here did not inform me that the product has been delivered to the guardhouse. All other companies' delivery personnel will take a photo of the product and send to me as a notification of delivery but not your delivery partner. This is very surprising and unexpected!!

Search function was a little hard to use. For example I inputed Biotherm and it came up with a populated list of products. I don’t always know the exact name of the product within that brand.
