In previous orders, shipping was always free, and I also received a discount. With my most recent order, however, I had to pay for shipping and received no discount at all. Furthermore, the scrolling banner at the top of the site is misleading; it states that shipping is free for orders over 650 NIS, without mentioning any conditions or restrictions. I sent you an email but received no reply, even though several days have passed. It was only via the chat service that I was informed about weight and order-value restrictions—details that were not at all clear previously. It's disappointing.
