for a non-native Chinese speaker, the overall look / feel of the website is quite overwhelming. However, I understand that this type of look / feel is catered to the Asian market and a different style of advertising. I prefer the interface and look / feel of websites that sell beauty products such as Look Fantastic OR Space NK. It's much clearer, easier to navigate and more aesthetic. I tried to filter some products during my search, but the filter didn't work. It wasn't a big deal as I just looked manually. Good deals seem to be available on Strawberry net even if the look / feel of the website is a bit chaotic / crazy.

Today I ultimately bought 3 items, 2 of which I know and love, and were at excellent prices. What made my experience frustrating is 2 things: 1) Adding very small items to my purchase (such as mascara or concealer) added a $15 shipping fee - more than the item cost!. 2) I kept finding out - after placing them in my cart - that almost no perfumes could be shipped to me at the country I'm now residing in. So it took me hours to complete what should have been a simple purchase :-(
