My overall experience was good, but I ran into a major issue at checkout. Because my shipping address is in Israel, your system automatically forces the currency to Israeli New Shekels (ILS) with no option to change it. I want to pay strictly in US Dollars (USD) to avoid unnecessary conversion fees. Please update your website to allow international customers to manually select their preferred payment currency, regardless of their shipping destination.

While I appreciate the range of products on sale at Strawberrynet, I don't like that the service is becoming a 'platform/marketplace' and we are being charged additional delivery fees. Although I saw the tiny red type advising "additional delivery fee may apply", I didn't see the specific when I clicked on "complete the purchase". I was charged HKD30 for delivery on an item that cost only HKD71!!!
