I have an older horse who is starting to get blanket rubs on his withers! I was looking everywhere for a pad for them! And this site is the only one in the US I could find that sells them! I don’t use my debit card online so I use prepaid ones and I couldn’t buy these pads from the other sites because they are not in the US. I am happy I found this! I know it’s still summertime but I was so scared they would be out of stock later, so I bought it now! I’m hoping this is going to help keep my old man sore free!!! I like the variety of products. The only thing that frustrates me is they offer "coupons" and then when you go to use them, they only allow one. The cost of the shipping usually exceeds the coupon! I can ship things cheaper myself and find the flat shipping fees charged are high. Shipping costs are difficult, I know but if you are going to run an online retail operations, you are saving enormously by NOT having brick and mortar stores and should be able to offer lower shipping costs to your customers.

I purchased the Bear Trap Gaited Trail Saddle. It is absolutlely beautiful. It nearly fits my spotted saddle horse perfectly. The problem is that my legs are too long for the saddle. I'm 5'10". I called. They emailed a label and then offered expert advice through email on what saddles might fit me and my horse better.

I thought I ordered 2 sets of heel straps & one pair of stirrup straps. After placing my order, I noticed only 1pair of heel straps were on the order. I ordered the second set of heel straps and then sent a message to customer service asking for them to add the second pair of boot straps to be shipped with my first order and refund the shipping different.
