I received the paddock boots, and they were too large I contacted support to try and exchange for a smaller size since I didn't receive any paperwork with my order. I am still waiting for a response and help getting a return ticket This is (2) days later and I am still waiting

I held off with the orderlast night because Imwas supposed to hear back from someone in your sales department tody regading a pony bridle for a Shetland sized pony which I purchased a couple of weeks ago. I got something withparts which would fit my thoroughbred mare with a pony headstall. Imreally need some help in finding the correct bridle for this pony as Imwould like to start giving a tiny person some early pony riding lessons and all she has formher handsis the lead rope tied to the pony's halter. You are the only place which offered HIGH QUALITY mini-hoof nippers. However, I almost bailed because your CHECKOUT system kept failing. Heck, I LIVE in the country and we DO NOT have physical mail deliveries to the property -- ONLY THE PO BOX. Yet the order form kept complaining that it "could not find the property" and so I "could not pay-in-4" because it did NOT accept PO Boxes. Honest, if I could have found 10" nippers at another vendor, I would have switched and just canceled my order. I ended up having to pay in full with my debit card, and right now -- that's painful. I won't get paid until AFTER I finish the hoof trimmings, so I'm having to float the cost of the nippers on my starving checking account until AFTER I receive my nippers and AFTER I can get those goats / sheep trimmed, and AFTER I bill the owners. And right now, that's HARD.

I missed the Safety awareness week sales. I received an email about my abandoned cart. I explained I planned to wait for another sale, maybe around Christmas? I was offered the discount even though the sale was over so I was able to buy early! So kind! I’m a fan now and shared my story with other riders.
