I did not like having to use SHOP to track my order. I downloaded the app, it did not track and now they have access to my account. Calling customer support was very helpful. They were pleasant and responsive. However, I purchased the return shipping insurance. When my package arrived no return label or form was included and I needed to return one of the items, so I have to call again. The last time I ordered from Stateline I also had trouble tracking an order. After contacting customer service several times they finally determined the item was no longer available. Your customer service is very friendly but it seems like you have warehouse issues.

I searched Google for the product I needed, State Line came up with a great price so I clicked on the website. I didn’t know of this company until this purchase. Their page is easy to navigate and they have a lot of quality merchandise to choose from, I found what I wanted and ordering was simple, merchandise shipped and arrived quickly, as I needed the fly mask urgently, and was exactly as it appeared online. Packed correctly and no damage. I’ll definitely shop this site again!

I could not believe how rude and unhelpful the State line customer service rep was. I ordered a bradoon, the title of the product SAYS bradoon, but because the specific item I purchased didn’t say 55 mm rings in the descriptive text unlike every other bradoon, somehow it is my fault that the item has 70 mm rings (not in the description, and not consistent with the title of a bradoon). I had no faith that she understood my issue and I will look elsewhere for what I need.

The time from order to delivery is very slow. Also the "SHOP" app is useless. Tried tracking my packages and it asked for confirmation then put me in a circular loop of screens. A pain in the ass!!!!

I ordered flank billets for my saddle. Upon checking out o noticed they had my current address as billing and old address as mailing. I had changed it last year but it only changed the billing. Luckily it was after hours on Friday and they didn’t ship till Monday. So I left a voicemail and emailed to have it changed to not be sent to old address. I did call on Saturday and spoke to a nice women who changed the mailing address and assured me it would not go to the old address. I did receive a email on Monday letting me know everything was fixed. I did get my flank billets very quickly. They are perfect!! Very satisfied!!

When I was making my purchase online I clicked to have the order rushed but it kept going back and forth and when it finally submitted, it did not capture my order for rush shipment. I reached out by email and they never responded. I also sent another email requesting to know if they would ship to Canada but I still haven't heard back.

I have always been very happy with the entire ordering process HOWEVER, this time the product had a minor area that was not to quality. There was what seemed to be electrical tape holding the 2 ends of the tie on the rope halters I just received and this tape came right off so the 2 ends are no longer held together like they should be.

My daughter is entering a Western Equine Science Program at Findlay (in Ohio). They gave us a "tack list", and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing (I never owned horses). They recommended your website, and after hours of looking up items for her freshmen year I am very happy I found you; prices were definitely better than almost any other place I checked out without declining quality. Some of the items lacked a lot of description, and I had to go to other websites to find info, but that's probably because I know very little about horses. I have learned a ton in the past week, and will be shopping here again over the next few days.

Best and most economical supplier is State Line Tack! Many products are hard to find elsewhere and are often sold in only small containers. Neatsfoot Pure is something I use alot to protect my tack so I prefer to order it in gallon quantities.

I spoke to a CSR and was looking for a fly mask for my mule that had extra room over his eyes so he could blink. She was not able to provide any more information than what I could see in the picture and it looked good. It was still a normal amount of fit over the eyes when I put it on him and after one day his skin was rubbed off around his nose due to the fit which seemed okay, initially. Also, the magnet closing is odd and will likely be hard to remember, so guessing it will be damaged quickly.

All I bought was a bootjack. It is honestly the best bootjack I've ever had. I suspect that the soft plastic in the part that grips the boot heel may wear out fairly soon but even if it does it's worth it because it absolutely does not slip off the heel when I'm pulling the boots off.

Product was not as advertised. Returning it has required me to contact customer service 3 times in the last week and it is still not resolved. Was told that it will cost 11.00 to return it that would come off my refund. Still have not received shipping label.

I ordered a set of 24 driveway makers. It was advertised as a set of 24 pieces. When I got my order there was only 1 marker in the box. There was a long delay in the delivery. I spoke with Laura at State Line Tack and she said she put a ticket in and I had also sent an email. Got another box delivered, but the box was opened and there was only 22 markers in the box. I am still short 1 marker. It was shipped Fedex this time.

I buy a lot of my barn supplies as the season is coming to a close. Great savings with the sales, can always find what I want/need, and shipping is reasonable. Most recent purchase was a fly mask with 90% uv protection for my mule who has Lyme induced uveitis. I got one for 1/3 of the price I paid for them previously.
