My experience resulted in a purchase. I have been frustrated looking for a variety of hackamores for my hard to fit horse. State Line provided multiple choices. Hopefully I will not need to return it, but the return policy made it an easy decision to buy from State Line.

Products were listed as Horse size, but were extremely LARGE. They are more on the side of Warmblood. I have fairly large horses, but both halters I ordered were too large. Sizing charts need to be adjusted for real live horses.

I don't normally purchase from Stateline...I've always found your pricing too high. However I was looking for specific items that happened to come up in a Google search for what I wanted, and at excellent sale price. Such a good deal, I ordered. I would order again if I found the pricing competitive for what I wanted and shipping was reasonable. It's not likely I would recommend you to another, without mentioning the pricing.

The lady I spoke to before i ordered was MOST helpful & then when it didn’t arrive on time, because you had to get it from the manufacturer, you all upgraded my shipping and sent it out to me the same day you got it.

I thought I ordered 2 sets of heel straps & one pair of stirrup straps. After placing my order, I noticed only 1pair of heel straps were on the order. I ordered the second set of heel straps and then sent a message to customer service asking for them to add the second pair of boot straps to be shipped with my first order and refund the shipping different. Customer service did not do what I asked & never contacted me about the issue. So, I am not happy about that.

Needed a good quality inexpensive halter and knew statelinetack regularly has good clearance items. They had what I wanted and I was able to use rewards to get it at even better price. It arrived in 3 days. The quality was better than I expected. I would recommend statelinetack to everyone needing quality horse or farm supply at good prices.

I order this product from State Line because of the price, we have a store here but it’s a little higher and I want to continue using this fly spray because it works great, I also use it on my carport to keep flys and mosquitoes from beating me in the house if you have not tried this spray with the unit I highly recommend you give it a try you will not regret it.

I had previously ordered muzzles for my horse at SLT and they worked well. I ordered another one in the spring that looked exactly like the previous ones but when I tried it on her the bucket was too short. I found another one at SLT and ordered it which does fit my mare, but I just realized that the hole is much smaller than her previous ones so we have to try to make it bigger. I had taken the tags off of the one that didn’t fit before I went to the barn because I didn’t expect any issues. When I tried to return it I was told that they would not accept any returns without tags even if it was still clean. I explained what happened but they denied the return. I’ve ordered a decent amount of products from SLT over the past few years and feel that this was not good customer service. I will check all other options first when looking to purchase more products in the future before looking at SLT.

Was happy with the product, however, the lid was not secure so when I opened the box, some of the treats fell out and broke. I thought I ordered 2 sets of heel straps & one pair of stirrup straps. After placing my order, I noticed only 1pair of heel straps were on the order. I ordered the second set of heel straps and then sent a message to customer service asking for them to add the second pair of boot straps to be shipped with my first order and refund the shipping different. Customer service did not do what I asked & never contacted me about the issue. So, I am not happy about that.

Site offered an initial customer discount which sounded great as it was an expensive boot order but of course it then did not apply to my purchase. That is frustrating. Shipping indicated less than a week but once I got to the cart I had to pay $9.99 to get slightly quicker shipping.

Needed a good quality inexpensive halter and knew statelinetack regularly has good clearance items. They had what I wanted and I was able to use rewards to get it at even better price. It arrived in 3 days. The quality was better than I expected. I would recommend statelinetack to everyone needing quality horse or farm supply at good prices.

I order this product from State Line because of the price, we have a store here but it’s a little higher and I want to continue using this fly spray because it works great, I also use it on my carport to keep flys and mosquitoes from beating me in the house if you have not tried this spray with the unit I highly recommend you give it a try you will not regret it.

I had previously ordered muzzles for my horse at SLT and they worked well. I ordered another one in the spring that looked exactly like the previous ones but when I tried it on her the bucket was too short. I found another one at SLT and ordered it which does fit my mare, but I just realized that the hole is much smaller than her previous ones so we have to try to make it bigger. I had taken the tags off of the one that didn’t fit before I went to the barn because I didn’t expect any issues. When I tried to return it I was told that they would not accept any returns without tags even if it was still clean. I explained what happened but they denied the return. I’ve ordered a decent amount of products from SLT over the past few years and feel that this was not good customer service. I will check all other options first when looking to purchase more products in the future before looking at SLT.

Was happy with the product, however, the lid was not secure so when I opened the box, some of the treats fell out and broke. I also tried to find out what the shelflife is for my product, but was unable to do so through chat, and was unable to connect with an actual person. Therefore, I never did get an answer.

Absolutely the rudest person I have dealt with at your company. I called about my order that says 2-5 days, it took over a week. The lady was very rude and said well, you should have paid for expedited shipppng. I use to purchase a lot from You and this will definitely be the last put phase I make.
