I have many items that I’ve gotten through the years from Spirit Halloween. I look forward to browsing the spirit Halloween stores not just around the holiday season I am also a big horror fan. I tend to collect things whenever there is a new release that I just need to have. I’ve only ever really had two issues, but they were resolved. I did have an issue with this order a manufacturers defect, but they had sent out a new item free of charge. Overall happy with my new item and I will continue purchasing from Spirit Halloween.

The website was over all easy to navigate and you can simply filter down to specfic items you're looking for. Everything is clearly labeled and quickly directs you where to look for your preferred items. I wish some of the items weren't priced as high, but I would say Spirit prices are comparable to the rest of the market.

I ordered a plastic Hazbin Hotel mask online. It arrived on time, but was damaged when I received it. The mask was tossed in a box with no padding. The antenna on the mask were broken during transport.
