Spirit Halloween had a good selection of costumes, esp the Disney Desendants characters that my 6 year old liked. The costume arrived on time, and was just as described. The quality was quite good and it fit perfectly! the online reviews were also helpful. This particular costume was not available on Amazon. I would definitely recommend Spirit Halloween and will probably look here again next time I need a costume!

It was easy to find a costume! This is my second year buying from Spirit Halloween, and the costume was worth the cost! It was simple to search the catalog of costumes, and although a wide variety of options were presented, it was easy to filter to my style and price range! I ordered my costume I think like on the 17-20of an October so it came back pretty quick which was like the 28th of October . Upon me trying it on I noticed it was a bit tight so I instantly got the in the car and drove to Spirit. When I arrive I asked if it could be exchange and the young man at the register told me that it could only be returned during the 17-23 or 24. So I stated to the young man that I had just received the package and he couldn’t do it. So I went home and call customer service and they said the exact same thing but he acted like he didn’t care which kinda upsetted me. My thing is why have a grace period when you know people are still ordering especially online. I didn’t like the face that I could exchange my costume for a bigger size even though I have just received the costume and for that man to Act like he didn’t care was a problem for me. You guys had also lost a customer. I will not be ordering anything else from you guys. This was a bad experience. And the crazy part is I never asked for my Money back only for it to be exchanged

I ordered a costume online for my daughter, which the website stated was not available for in-store pick-up. I paid extra for express shipping so that it would arrive in time for a Halloween event at school. It did not arrive as promised, so we went to the local Spirit store at 8:00 a.m. that morning to see if we could buy the same costume there. We did buy it, and were assured by the employee there that we could return the ordered costume once it arrived, even though there was a sign stating that all purchases were final. When we got home, we found that the dress was in the package that we bought, but none of the listed accessories were included. My husband then had to return to the local Spirit store to see if he could get the accessories while I hurried to get my daughter ready for school. We were able to get everything sorted, but it was a very stressful morning for us all. The costume that we ordered online arrived later that afternoon. I went to return it the next day, and had to repeat the story of what happened to several different employees in order for them to finally accept the return. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I will not be shopping with Spirit Halloween again.

There was a mix up with my order. When I bought a costume it said the order was not fullied so I order another. I then received both costumes and only needed one. I tried to return the extra to the store but I was then told it was past the return date, even though I recevied the package after the return date. They wouldn't accept the return and give me a refund. I'll no longer be a patron of Spirit. The mix up was on their side, not mine.
