Spirit Halloween delivered on something I was not even looking for. I was looking for the magic ghost mirror, but was told it was not for sale. I purchased 2 other lenticlular mirrors that were available to purchase. Good finds... would love to purchase the magic mirror though.

No use trying to use the phone. Cause you just go from press this number to press this number. After two hours never did get a live person to talk with!! Very frustrating. Decided to go to local store to see how to handle the return because my costume when I opened the package had two “blank” sheets inside instead of my package information!!! Great!! So I had no invoice with numbers etc!!! When I went to the local store they were very helpful but after almost an hour could not help me and I had to take the package to FedEx and return it there. Something to the fact that even though it was ordered through Spirit of Halloween, it did not actually come from your store. So I traveled to FedEx and after they measured and weighed the costume, put it back in its original bag and charged me $$14.95 to return it!!!!’ A bit ridiculous don’t you think?? By the time I paid postage to my house and to return it, I think I pretty much paid for the costume!! So no, I will not recommend for anyone to purchase items from you online. Going to the store was a wonderful experience though!!! To bad I didn’t do that before I lost all my money and had bad feelings.

Website experience was overall pretty easy! Had a good time searching for items. I think my only issue is that most of spotlights sold online do not have a video of how they work. If I was able to confirm how they perform, I would have definitely purchased some.
