I love Spirit Halloween! I love going into the stores. It’s the highlight of the beginning of the Halloween season. I love finding so much unusual stuff there. Finding the 1978 John Carpenter’s Michael Myers animatronic with the original title song and Laurie’s theme was something I just couldn’t pass up on. Purchased Pumkin Nester. He is awesome looking. I’ve never had a swinging animatronic so this one is very unique. Only issue is that his head doesn’t snap securely on or tightly so his eyes don’t light up all the time. We were told by customer service to “tape” his head on.

Never buy a costume online. I recommend waiting until the store is opened to try on costumes. They are not always made correctly. It just cost me $30. in shipping to return 2 costumes. I tried calling the company to see if I could wait until the store opens in August to return it and it was all automated no live person. I just hope I get my refund. I hate trusting to wait on a refund by mail.

Easy to navigate website and liked the search feature. It would be better to have shipping options 1-2 business days rather than waiting 5 business days. Expedited shipping at lower cost is also a huge area of opportunity or even free like amazon prime.
