Finding what I wanted and customizing it was easy. Getting questions answered was easy. Trying to get financing was not. I had frozen my credit reports due to someone trying to get benefits in my name, but unfrozen it for this. Unfortunately, the finance people could not tell it had been unfrozen.

Had to enter information numerous times; when I hit “place order” all information was gone but no message saying my order went through. Called company, when asked if I wanted to be called back at the number I was calling from, press 1. When I pressed 1 the same question was repeated. After I had a long line of 1s I hung up. I tried once again and this time there was a shipping surcharge which had not been on previous checkout details. But order did finally go through. I started this about 10am and am getting it done at 5:30pm.

I decided to buy the scooter after Spinlife offered me a 15% discount, and because I could get it with different colored trim (orange). I had been thinking about a four wheeler instead of three for better stability. My only gripe is when turning, the turning radius isn't as 'sharp' (hence the four wheels), and, the scooter (for safety reasons I guess) slows down to a crawl. When you're in a space with several people this makes it more difficult to get out of their way while they wait for you to turn, back up, turn again, then go. Also, having 2 wheels in front and being wider, I've had to get used to not being able to pull up as closely to counters and shelves at the grocery store when needing to reach for something.
