I have had issues with procuring the bread financing, although it was approved. Also, because of the checking out process loss the hands glove discount for the bed. It was frustrating. No one ever calls. I didn’t request anyone to, but it would’ve been nice.

Lisa was fabulous in helping me get exactly what I wanted, until the installation person said it wouldn't work, even though Lisa checked my make and model before ai bought it. Now I'm stuck with a less desirable option. I know my car didn't change, so what happened while I was waiting??

The website was pretty organized, but sometimes it was difficult trying to add accessories. Maybe you should list all available accessories for the actual large item that is being purchased that way you could peruse the items get the information and click the check box. You did add four items, but there were other things that were of interest. But the best thing is Todd. Kessler was very helpful in making sure I got what I wanted and added to my quote and then we reviewed it in real time in went to check out so great experience thank you to Todd.

I ordered an electric wheelchair that I can expand the arms for a wider fit. The only thing I don't like is the footrest folds up to the top of the seat. So when I need to put it down it's hitting my legs and that makes it more difficult for me to do alone. But my husband helps me with that so it's OK for me but might not be for someone else. It's pretty quick, which I love, and handles floor just fine. It maneuvers really well too.
