I wish you still sold bottles and packaging stuff

Soap Goods has made it easy to stay stocked with what I need to make my own soap. This is so important to me because every brand of commercially made soap makes me break out in a rash and itch all over. My wife made this soap for me for a decade before she passed. Now I break out the supplies about four times a year and spend a couple of hours “cooking” a batch. Thank you for keeping my skin happy!

Love the product, STPP. I had rather order by phone. But it’s worth the trouble to order on the website.

I have only one complaint and that is that the shipping is high. I think if the shipping wasn’t so expensive I would make more purchases.

The web site is easy to use. I was sorry to see a couple essential oils I wanted are STILL out of stock after 6 months but happy that I was allowed to use both my discount code and my (small amount of) accumulated points on the same order.

First time over all good experience. However, I do think shipping is a bit too high compared to competitors. Emulsifying wax not in stock and it no in stock expected date. I will purchase again there is a wide variety and very simple website to navigate. Quality products offering SDS data as well.

Great interaction. There was an option for pickup but it didn’t give that option anymore so I didn’t like that but it’s ok!

Overall it is easy to navigate. I was also looking for ocean-y, rainy-y, ozone-y, type of fragrance oils but the scent notes are searchable. Also, maybe change the header from fragrant oils to fragrance oils.

Great experience using the website. I was able to quickly find the products and documentation I was looking for, and checkout was straightforward. When I needed additional documentation that wasn't listed on the website, customer service was able to provide it upon request. The experience became an even better surprise when I realized I had a gift certificate waiting in my email. Overall, a smooth ordering process.

Excellent product, recommended by a friend. However, shipping is more than the product itself.

I was disappointed when I initially went to place my order because several of the items I needed were out of stock. Fortunately i didn't have to wait too long before the items were back in stock and I could place my order.

easy site to use. Only one product was not available so placed on back order. Prices are very reasonable if the quality is up to snuff. First order so will see when the product arrives and whether the product meets my expectations.

The prices on the fragrance oils is excellent and the fact that everything is priced equally makes it easy to gauge how much I am spending. Quality of fragrances is excellent.

Your site was mostly fine, with one exception. I tried to use Affirm via Apple Pay. For some reason the order was denied despite my Affirm card being on my Apple Pay. I was so exasperated at that time because Pay Pal dicked me around, offering me a payment plan that they reneged on at the last minute. And I had spent 45-60 minutes trying to get my money added to Pay Pal account. Every debit card I have was “Something went wrong” or payment not supported. I was pissed cuz my girlfriend was the one insisting that it would be good for credit score purposes. I was only gonna get one block of Shea, but you gave me the discount I asked for my review since it was Very Favorable and completely genuine. It did take me 30 minutes to complete cuz I wanted it to be clear and to convey my appreciation for the process and quality of the product.

I've been unable to find a couple essential oils from my two regular supplies so was very happy to find them at SoapGoods, plus SoapGoods turns out to be closer to me geographically.

I live just a few miles from your company when it was in Lithonia you had pick up available. Now there is a charge and no pick ups are available. I think your pick up service was one of your best business practices.
