Great experience using the website. I was able to quickly find the products and documentation I was looking for, and checkout was straightforward. When I needed additional documentation that wasn't listed on the website, customer service was able to provide it upon request. The experience became an even better surprise when I realized I had a gift certificate waiting in my email. Overall, a smooth ordering process.

I was disappointed when I initially went to place my order because several of the items I needed were out of stock. Fortunately i didn't have to wait too long before the items were back in stock and I could place my order.

The prices on the fragrance oils is excellent and the fact that everything is priced equally makes it easy to gauge how much I am spending. Quality of fragrances is excellent.

Your site was mostly fine, with one exception. I tried to use Affirm via Apple Pay. For some reason the order was denied despite my Affirm card being on my Apple Pay. I was so exasperated at that time because Pay Pal dicked me around, offering me a payment plan that they reneged on at the last minute. And I had spent 45-60 minutes trying to get my money added to Pay Pal account. Every debit card I have was “Something went wrong” or payment not supported. I was pissed cuz my girlfriend was the one insisting that it would be good for credit score purposes. I was only gonna get one block of Shea, but you gave me the discount I asked for my review since it was Very Favorable and completely genuine. It did take me 30 minutes to complete cuz I wanted it to be clear and to convey my appreciation for the process and quality of the product.

I had just read about the women's co-ops in Ghana that harvest shea butter. It is important to me that the ingredients I use are ethically harvested. I was so happy to see that SoapGoods.com supports one of these co-ops. It made me feel good about my purchase, knowing that the company I am purchasing from is attuned to these important issues. I was additionally impressed by your wide selection and by plethora ingredients as well as the amount of information that SoapGoods provides regarding its products. It helps a lot to have this information for making good decisions when buying online. As an online business owner myself, I know how much work goes into it! As an aside comment -- I just saw an online article on the best soapmaking suppliers in the country by "Modern Soapmaking," and I thought it was ridiculous SoapGoods.com wasn't mentioned in any of the categories. I don't know what it takes to win, but your website is much better than some of the winners.

The good is I always find everything I am looking for on this site. The only bad report I have is I had to start having the product delivered to my office instead of my home as in the past my product had been delivered to the wrong address. It was deliver to 17 Kensington Street, when it should have went to 17 Kensington Park.

Since I was trying to order on my phone it was very awkward to use because the instructions weren't really clear as to how to proceed and I kept getting my information deleted because it kept sending me to the policy section until I did it about three times and figure it out that there was a box I needed to check in order to accept the conditions. It would just be helpful to have something to accept the conditions before putting all of my information in and then having your system wipe it out.
