I still have not received my order. I called customer service who saw my order online but did not know why it was not fulfilled or even where my package was. I was told I would receive a call back in a day or two. The customer service rep (Randi) was pleasant, upbeat and concerned as she looked up my order. She did all that she could do at that time and told me someone would have to look into where my order is. I am still waiting to hear back.

I have ordered Smart Bug Off pellets for my picky aged QH mare to keep the hives and welts of summer at bay. (She's a bay, HA!). Anyhow, this product does seem to help and she will eat it. She will NOT eat powders, so pellets are best.

When i received my order, the boxes were broken open, torn, and the contents falling out. The boxes and tape used for shipping were not strong enough for UPS combat treatment of the products in question. One bag of Mrs. Pastures cookies is about one fourth crumbs now. So, please triple tape the boxes, or use larger boxes, increase the shipping air bags to protect the contents. Thank you.
