The expansion of the smart supplements to include a new liquid vitamin E option that is comparable or even better in price to the nano E supplement was really nice. The supplement comparison option is great. I do wish I could select more than four items at a time though and then it was easier to remove items as I go through the comparison and rule out what I don’t want.

Easy to order. Delivery was on time and on great condition. I contacted smartpak for dosage for my pony before I even received my order cause it wasn't stated on the pkg and I still have not received an answer to that question. Rep stated 3 or 4 days later after initial email they were waiting for response from manufacturer. Its funny cause after that email I contaced the manufacturer and received the answer to my question in about 5 min. It delayed giving my pony a supplement that I hope really helps him and gives him much needed comfort.

I found it strange that not all products of a certain type would appear if I went through the menu (fly control > fly protective gear > fly masks) so I had to search "fly masks" to find the one I wanted. I'm still not sure if I saw all the options that were available to me

This was my first order for fly boots from Smart Pak (have ordered many items in the past), I ordered a "set" of boots and only received two. There was no indication that the set was not four which every other vendor that I have purchased fly boots from always comes in a set of four, naturally. Very disappointed in this purchase as it appears to be misrepresented on the webpage. The boots are great, but $100 for four boots is well above the average.
