Customer service was awesome for helping me with my order. I love the boots I received, and boot sizes run small, but my mother was very disappointed not what she aspected. Color of fur has a purple tint.

i like the inventory and brands you have available. I do not like my experience at trying to return shoes that were too big or too small!. I had no paperwork in either the too large or too small shoes and had to call twice and still not sure if I am going to get credit for both pairs, plus I have to pay to return.
